Ingredients
Three slices of a large tomato
Two slices of bread (oatnut used in pictures)
Three slices of mozzarella cheese
Fresh basil leaves (to taste)
Balsamic glaze or dressing
Instructions
Toast the two pieces of bread until warm but not burnt.
After cutting your mozzarella cheese into slices, lay them on one slide of the bread.
Lay tomato slices on top of the mozzarella cheese.
Garnish with fresh basil leaves and balsamic glaze.
Close the sandwich and squeeze it together in a sandwich or panini press if you have one!
